Green Island Graphics bills for web design at an hourly rate that ranges from $25-$50 per hour based on the type of work needed, the amount of design work involved, and the complexity of the site. A typical, simple, modest sized site (10 pages or so) generally takes about 10-15 hours of work. More complex sites which involve script writing and interactive elements can take 40-50 hours or more.

Other types of work, such as illustration, graphic design, or photography are billed at an hourly rate of $35 per hour.
